The deal that has been "two weeks away" for four months is costing more than any fee on this page. The Verdict tells you — in ten working days — whether it can be finished, how, and at what cost. Or that it cannot, which is worth more.
1.1
The Operator takes the full history of one deal — correspondence, terms, the counterparty's behaviour — and makes soundings where they can be made.
1.2
On the tenth working day the client receives one document: the verdict, signed or dead; the reasons; the three moves that finish it, or the honest statement that nothing will.
2.1
The fee is fixed and quoted before work begins.
2.2
The fee is credited in full against a mandate signed within sixty days. If the deal is alive and you want it finished, the Verdict costs nothing.
2.3
Two Verdicts run at any one time. There is no waiting list; there is a next slot, or there is not.

The arithmetic
A stalled deal decays. Counterparty attention drifts, budgets are reallocated, terms worsen, and the founder spends the one resource that does not come back. A deal worth six figures that drifts for five months has already cost a multiple of this engagement's fee — whichever verdict it gets.
There is no branch of this in which the buyer loses. That is deliberate.
